I’m currently on day 60 of P90x. I wouldn’t say it will get me ripped like Tony and I haven’t lost a whole lot of weight (6 pounds) but I have better definition and it has made me much stronger overall. It is exactly what I needed to get stronger for some scrambling and climbing up mountains this summer. I’ll likely do a second round late in the year.

High intensity exercise doesn’t burn a lot of calories.

You have to cut your calorie intake to lose weight.

The figures I’ve seen is 10 calories per per pounds of desired body weight if you’re sedentary. 12 calories per pound if you’re getting regular exercise and 15 calories per pound if you’re training like an Olympian.
