It’s an exercise program that you can buy at Walmart or other big stores like that.

It comes in DVD’s and pushes you to exercise in a high intense fashion, as opposed to lower intensity exercises, but longer workouts.

In principle, those who stick it out will become stronger and more fit using it.

what’s P90X, pills?

A receptionist was telling me today she does P90X. I thought she was saying P-Nutty X. I thought it must be the name of some rapper that did a fitness video.

It’s an exercise program that comes on 12 DVDs. You play 1-2 Dvds a day (depending on what is scheduled for that day) and work out with the video.

If needed, you can pause the video to take a short break, but it is recommended that you finish the video, if possible.

It is famous for being a challenging workout and is typically not recommended for those who are at a beginner’s level in terms of fitness.

This is Beachbody’s fit test, which you (or others) can use to determine if you meet their minimum recommendations.
