Digital scan of an uneven image; result is not unusual.
A lot of people are sounding stupid today as they try to sound smart.
Even stranger, whats with the word “TXE” where one would expect “THE” in the certification block?
Disagree. Look again. Blow it up, look at every H. Look how perfect the right hand “scoop” is on Honolulu. And thats a line that would have been doctored.
Abstract in Merriam/Webster dictionary says:
1c - insufficiently factual
2 - expressing a quality apart from the original
4 - having only intrinsic form with little or no attempt at pictorial representation or narrative content.

The document looks like a Certificate of Bullshit.
It could be that jeffo is not familiar with an actual typewriter. The reason the Rather story was so easy to detect is that typewriters do not produce equal results on each stroke. Ill formed letters are exactly what you’d expect from a typewriter.

“The document was scanned from a bound book of birth certificates, then printed on the security paper using a laser printer.”
____________
The local office in another state I visited when I was trying to get my COLB was using a dot matrix printer. If one or more of the pins on the print head were stuck, that might explain the “scoop” in one or more letters.

Did you ever scan anything?
The item scanned gets pressed down.
Unless you are too much of a dumbass to do it properly.
The whole State of Hawaii is full of his minions..
He could have the Goddess Pele as his mother if he wanted to..
-OR- her nappy headed sister Shenene!...
What is represented here, as the birth certificate, simply reaffirms that Obama II was born a subject of the British Crown! His mother had not lived in the United States for five years after the age of fourteen, at the time of his birth. She was eighteen at his birth!
Obviously, the boys in the CIA cellar who made this document forgot those little detasils.
I never got a copy of a birth certificate from the City of New York that did not have a raised seal. Mine looks like a microfiche negative of the original document, but it fetchs a perfectly valid passport.
My wife did not change her name with the SS Administration when we got married and a few years ago the IRS told us that her SSAN did not correspond to the name on file with the SSA. We had to get a copy of our marriage certificate with a raised seal at town hall. Not a big deal.

Why release it now? Because they have been busy in Hawaii getting all of their ducks in a row first.
But why now? To stop the bleeding and to be far enough ahead of the Jerome Corsi book. They were afraid it would leak before release.
The information you show is an artifact of this press release event. Not bad. Not good.
I still think the white rectangles around all of the typing is a sign of oddness.
I vote for Smelain or Smilain as the surname of the doctor, found several of both, more with the first spelling. But I can't find anything close to David A. anywhere.
Can anybody make out the cryptic registrar signature at the bottom? One would think it would match the Nordyke one which looks vaguely like (can't make out) L. Ygu?ai?. The last name is somewhat similar.
Other than what I've mentioned, you guys can slug it out because, as I suspected, everything new that comes to light just raises more questions which are endless. I hope this does prove out to be valid, but it would take a team of experts to do that.
