I see no official stamp, but if someone has enough money, wouldn’t it be possible to make a forgery. I just don’t know something just doesn’t seem right here.

How about that “someone” being the national Democratic party? Don’t they have enough money? Don’t they have a nation-wide bureaucracy of millions of political operatives? Remember the Democrat party/Dan Rather/CBS conterfeit fraudulent document that was produced just to embarass George W. Bush. Yes, they are that low. Lying, fraud and conterfeit means nothing to them.
