Look at number 16.

Why is the K in “Kansas” raised above all the other letters?

Could it be that both “Kansas” and “Kenya” begin with the letter K?

Not only that, but the third letter in both “Kansas” and “Kenya” are both N and the fifth letter in both is the letter A.

All of which would make it much easier to convert a Kenyan BC.

This is the way typewriters worked. And think!! Kansas is where SAD was born. I don't think anyone has ever suggested that SHE was born in Kenya.
