Of course, if it isn’t a scan, then they video is barking up the wrong tree. It has already been pointed out that Hawaii sometimes electronically prints digital images onto digital “safety paper” background.

And if there are true aberrations in the print, then the White House really wants people to keep being distracted by this issue.

It’s a color scan of a piece of paper. That’s how you get an image with CA (chromatic aberration). If you make a B&W scan and print on safety paper you see no CA.
