If OBL was killed 4 years ago, under the identical circumstances, the demholes their mediawhores and the Hollywood imbeciles would be howling about cowboy Bush invading Pakistan and assassinating OBL. The CIA is out of control! Bush/Cheney death squads prowl the earth! It’s going to inflame the Arab street, recruit more terrorists……They’d bleat on endlessly that it doesn’t change anything! The economy still sucks! Unemployment is still raging out of control! What was it then, 6%? Gas prices are soaring past $3.00!! They’d be out with a Bush-bashing poll within 24-hours…..

Agree and disagree. It would be difficult for them to be totally contrarian about it as people would still be celebrating in the streets, but the media meme du jour would be more subdued with a “finally - what took so long?” attitude, instead of the euphoric jubilation you see now. And, they’re not really celebrating bin Laden’s death so much as the opportunity to use this to help Obama get reelected, which they will of course exploit to the hilt. Expect some carefully choreographed campaign footage/stills from his visit to Ground Zero on Thursday.
I’m still waiting for them to cover how we got the courier’s name - not holding my breath. For all they care, they’d be happy for you to believe Obama came into office and appointed a bunch of David Axelrods and Valerie Jarretts to straighten out the CIA, and what you’re seeing is the result of that.
