Yet there is eastforker - he has his view of this. I’d not advocate zotting him. Yet, his reaction - derisive name-calling, is not the way to go either.
Creationism and Christianity/Judaism are not anti-science. Some scientists say, within their sphere of study that the earth is millions of years old. I’d say different, but there ya go. As I do not ridicule these scientists for their view, neither should I be for mine.

We’re all looking at the same evidence, but interpreting it through our assumptions. Creationists all recognize this fact. Egos won’t even recognize that they HAVE presuppositions.

Well you can't ridicule the scientists on this forum because most of them are gone and the rest have shut up. Of course no counter views can be posted on a religious forum thread closed or open. They will be deleted on the closed threads and there will be severe ridicule and name calling on the open ones and a strong risk of being banned. No such risk demurs to you or anyone else who wants to jump into any thread of a scientific nature and disrupt it.
Kevmo petitioned heavily at one time for closed and moderated science threads but it never went anywhere.

Creationism isn’t anti-science, it’s non-science. Or put more succinctly, nonsense. And if you think the Earth is 6000 years old, you deserve to be ridiculed.

Some scientists say, within their sphere of study that the earth is millions of years old. Id say different, but there ya go. Do you agree with the decision to build a nuclear waste storage facility on Yucca Mountain? Why or why not?
