For reasons that I won't discuss in polite company, I've been eating a "FiberBar" a day, of late.

I thought that they tasted like chocolate flavored wood chips. Now I know why.

Provides the desired result, though. :-)

Ahh... When not eating, one must eat something or it gets really painful... sort of keep the leavening leverage, hopefuly well cooked without bubbles.... ok, I’ll back track right there...
