Oh my..... We had the mailbox thing going on for awhile, we got a locking one finally :(
We have little to no police presence, at least in our part of Tucson. They won’t show up for almost any burglaries — you have to fill out your own paperwork and submit it. I see a squad car in our neighborhood about once every six months.
They put red-light cams up all over our neighborhood — the most conservative and gun-owners live here. Nothing in the actual ghettos, no 24-7 monitoring of their comings and goings. Oh, and foreign plates are exempt.

The criminals certainly are getting bolder by the day, aren’t they? I think by summmer 2012, before the election, there will be heavy criminal activity all over the place, just see if there isn’t. They used to stay where they belonged, now they are haunting all the places everywhere, with formerly nice places becoming a daycare for kids/teens/criminals.
