Apparently, your link is from an email that is going around. From what I have read, there is nothing in the bill that points specifically to Muslims/Islam/Dhimmitude. They do refer to ‘religious sect’. The below link refers to the information you posted. Please post a link and quote from the bill as to provide clarity/proof regarding your statement discussing dhimmitude. Thx.

Q: Do practitioners of Islam qualify for this exemption?
