It's not hard at all to figure out that it is pointless to forge a document with wierd layers (e.g. part of a signature in one layer and part in another), but you can easily create the layers from a clean scan with some partial OCR processing.
She would fly to Kenya to get married to a biggamist as permitted in Kenya but not Hawaii. Marriage would give the child a father for legitimacy. A few more dots are needed to make the whole picture. As things stand who can provide the needed dots. Perhaps Rahms vacation to Africa and the two cargo ships with relief supplies to Kenya at about the time Kenya shut down all info are some of the dots.
