DAYTON, Ohio (AP) - Jurors in an Ohio woman's third trial found her guilty Friday of killing her baby daughter by cooking her in a microwave oven. China Arnold was convicted of aggravated murder in the death of 28-day-old Paris Talley in August 2005. Arnold could receive the death penalty. The sentencing phase will begin Monday.
Arnold's first trial ended in a mistrial. She was found guilty in the second trial, but that conviction was reversed last fall. An appeals court found there was misconduct by prosecutors and that the trial court made an error by not allowing a material witness to testify in Arnold's defense.

The dumbass should have just murdered her baby 4 months prior to giving birth. That way, it’s legal, since the left calls it a “choice”, and we support those murders as taxpayers.

Seriously, the first trial ended up in a mistrial? While not privy to the testimony and the actual details of the case, it doesn’t sound like it was much a reach to see that this woman was guilty.
The only thing I find more distrurbing than what the perp did is what the first jury did.
Modern day punishments are too lenient for her. May we should send her to Iran and let them microwave her 100 times slower .

Some day they'll probably extend abortions to allow 4 months after birth... for those who decide that having a kid "just isn't for them".
This is horrid and I hope she does get the death penalty.
Unfortunately, the history is stressed mothers who kill their kids or can walk.
At the least I hope they keep her locked away until she can’t breed anymore.
