Yankee is the word that comes to my mind when I hear soda. :)

Me too but I was too coward to say it. :-) We have a local Cracker Barrel that my husband loves to go to eat. I hate it! The food is great but Cracker Barrel's are the place to eat for our neighbors to the North when they travel. We always ask for a place in the back away from the "travelers" due to the noise and confusion. They all try to talk at the same time and the longer they talk the louder they get until they are all screaming over each other.

Where I live that is called rude and the locals avoid those places like the plague. Down here if you talk loud enough for people at the next table to hear the conversation you are too loud and are considered rude. We also only talk one at a time. When I can hear people talk over each other and they are in another section of the restaurant that goes beyond rude. That is obnoxious and shows a serious lack of manners!
