dairy is iffy esp the way they homogenize, pasturize and cook the hell out of it. raw milk is different.
I read an article about moms protesting DC (I think) over the raids of the Amish farmer and their loss of his raw milk. What caught my attention was one mom claiming that the raw milk reversed the tooth decay, saying she could feel her teeth getting better.
Like, seriously?? I’d give it shot!
