Curious how DIRECT TV handles weather? I had DISHNETWORK for a couple years. What a disaster! Every time the wind blew hard (which it does at least 365 days a year!) I got pixilation. This of course means system must re-establish signal. About 3 minutes total of loss of pic/sound. Never a good thing.

In frustration, I went back to cable. Much better. More stable. However, sound/video still not as good as it was with satellite. DIRECT advertises they maintain signal 99% of the time, or some such boast.
