They just announced breaking news on KFI in Los Angeles that there has been an arrest made in this case. More when they know more.
The station has done the most coverage of this heinous crime, and some of the hosts have been very close to the Stow family throughout. This is very exciting that finally some progress has been made.
Poor Bryan Stow was beaten by gang-appearing thugs in the parking Lot of dodgers stadium after the opening night game, only because he was wearing a Giants jersey. He was an EMT worker with two children. He has extensive frontal lobe brain damage and has been comatose for two months.
Great news! Now we need the other perp caught. Both of them convicted.

It's sure racist, isn't it, that someone who beat a father nearly to death gets arrested peaceably by a SWAT team, but a combat vet US marine gets shot to death by 70-some rounds and allowed to bleed to death mere FEET from his wife (now widow) and children, by the same Sheriff Dipshit who blamed Palin for Gabrielle Giffords.
Next thing we will be demanding that the JOOOOOOOs pay reparations to Saudi Arabia for 9-11...

No, they were following a lead.
Right now they are talking about one lead that is interesting: someone turned in a bloody dodgers jersey to a dry cleaner 10 days after the opening night incident, saying to the dry cleaner that they were in a fight opening night, but “not the same fight.”. The dry cleaner was scared of this person and cleaned or began to clean the jersey, but then called the cops, who did confiscate the jersey. Whether there could be any dna left, or whether this promising lead led to this arrest is not known.

In Europe they’ve had terrible violence for years at soccer “football” and rugby games. When law enforcement started to follow it, they found it was the same gangs of people over and over again invading the stadiums. From what I understand, they put up facial recognition software and now stop them from even entering.

Yeah, isn’t it funny? That’s two recent criminals who were so attached to their possessions that they gave themselves away. The French guy, Strauss-Kahn, would have been safe in Paris had he not insisted on getting his cell phone back. And this attempted murderer couldn’t buy himself a new jersey and burn the bloody one?
There isn’t 2 cents difference between gang bangers and Muslim terrorists. Both belong to sects of frenzied believers to whom everyone else is an infidel or enemy fit only for death, and both use fear and intimidation to recruit, to keep their members and to control outsiders.
I would declare war on gangs, make gang affiliation a RICO crime and lock up every punk who is a gang member, even without committing a separate crime. Those who refudiate gang affiliation would get free tattoo removal or have their tattoos permanently blocked with some permanent skin staining material. Then, anybody with intact gang tattoos goes to jail. If an ex gang member is caught wearing their red or blue colors - go to jail for 30 days.
I would declare open war on this cancer and eliminate it or we will end up with cities run by MS13 like Mexico.

The person arrested and booked is called Giovanni Ramirez. He is 31 with 3 prior convictions. His parole agent turned him in because he matched one of the crime sketches. He has recently put on a neck tattoo over the identifying neck tattoo he already had.
