You need to fashion one about the 2000 Supreme Court decision on Gore v. Bush. Every lib I run into thinks the Supreme Ct declared Bush President where (I think — but if wrong, know I’ll be informed here soon) that the Supreme Ct ruled that Gore could not hand pick which counties to re-count instead of re-counting the entire state.

Gore? (7, of which, 5 concurred as to remedy)
2) What was the remedy granted in Bush v. Gore? (selective recounts not allowed, rules could not be changed after the election)

And, furthermore, some newspapers did the selective recounts - and Gore STILL lost - even under the most “liberal” rules in his favor....
