Who are we to judge another culture?
Another nasty little cultural difference is how they “dispose” of used baby diapers. They toss them out car windows or leave them on store shelves. One day I was walking my dog in my residential neighborhood and watched a Mexican woman pull her car over, change her baby and toss the diaper in the street. Beyond disgusting.
