You can put a $10,000 dress on a pig, it’s still a pig.

The colors don't even look good together.
She seems to like that silver and pink combo. I recall Michelle being called out for wearing an expensive pair of sneakers to a homeless kitchen. They also were pink and silver.

I know Kate is 1/2 Michelle Obama's age,She is also ½ Michelle Obama's size.

I personally don’t believe she pays a dime for any of those awful clothes and jewelry. She is an advertisement for them. That is why the designers are always mentioned.

Kate could wear a paper bag and she would look stunning. The point is either you've got "it",or you don't. Not only does Moochelle not have "it" , she seems to be assiduously working on the antidote.

I do not believe Kate will give in to the high priced designers who simply want to get into the royal bank account. Kate and William have strong appeal to the commoners of their generation..They will continue to relate to them and especially, Kate, will relate to them..She is their princess.

Two good points about the dress.
She’s gotten away from drapery material.
It has sleeves, for a change.

I agree Wookie gets all her horrible clothing for free probably more than any other First Lady. She never did have fashion sense and it seems she take the freebies and put’s them on with out realizing how gross and tacky she looks. Free Free Free Gimme Gimme Gimme you own me!

Comparing Kate Middleton to moochelle the wookie beast is like comparing a T-Bone Steak with a steaming rancid dog turd... one that has been tracked in and smeared into you fine $10,000 carpet.

Not one to normally comment of “fashion” threads, but it amazes me that the first wookie can look stylish, fashionable and lady like but seemingly by design or sheer folly she dresses like a retard half the time.

Carla Bruni is one sizzling hot gal.......
I'd like to see her standing next to Sarah Palin when Sarah's dressed to the 9's........

oooh, shiny (upholstery in background..... and matching dress)She does look much like one of the Von Trapp children decked out in clothing made from drapes. Except much stockier.

Kate is wearing a relatively inexpensive dress, and she looks stunning in it. Michelle, on the other hand, should stick to black dresses. She'll look slimmer.
Anyone who's shopped for dresses knows that you don't have to pay thousands of dollars for a dress. The important thing is to find a cut and color that is flattering.
The U.S. media doesn't want to criticize Michelle for looking bad and spending too much money.
To: Talisker
I don't know what's more appalling, that they dress Michelle as a clown, or that she doesn't know it... Good point...
