I think we might just have a new dining fad taking hold across the Country, and it did NOT start on the left coast. I predict that MORE people will be enjoying their pizza with a knife and fork, just to make a statement. I have always used a K & F for the first half of the slice. After that I sometimes pick it up and eat the rest, including the edge of the crust. GO SARAH!
As a young stupid man, I grabbed a slice of Shakeys Pizza, back when they were 2 inches of solid toppings, and took a bite. Being fresh out of the oven, I burned my mouth and then jerked away, with 3 kinds of fine cheese toppings, stringing out and hitting my chin and neck. I had a blister on my chin for a week. If mr.Leibowitz thinks that little piece of crust with some sauce on top is a pizza, well.....LOL! I also use a knife and fork when I eat real pizza, of which mr. Leibowitz knows jack crap about.
