What the hell are you talking about?

The police wrote down what the goon told them. They weren't there to witness anything personally.

So you can believe Patti LaBelle's bodyguard's excuses for beating somebody senseless, or you can believe a West Point cadet and a video tape that corroborates his story.

When a vicious thug makes up a story to “explain things”, and the police record that story, is that “falsification”? What say you?

Yes! Based upon the video evidence, I’d say that the police who wrote that report falsified the details. Given the number of witnesses, this will come out at trial.

Let's just say that when they only take statements from one side and don't question independent witnesses that there is room for it to not be so truthful.
