The British should be near the top of funniest, IMHO. Many of the funniest TV shows and movies come from the British. This list is flawed.

Agree.
When I was overseas I saw a show on BBC called
"Mumbai Calling". One of the funniest shows I have ever seen.
NBC tried a knock off called something like "Outsourced". Did a terrible job with it.
