LINCOLN COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A former school bus driver in Lincoln County is facing multiple sex abuse charges involving a student.
According to the criminal complaint, Rex Toney is accused of inappropriately touching a girl on 20 different occasions while she was on the bus. Click here to find out more!
WSAZ.com spoke with Toney on the phone Tuesday morning. He says the girl is a student at Hamlin High School and that he "never did the things she says he did."
Toney drove buses in Lincoln County for 34 years before resigning earlier this year.
He's currently waiting on an attorney to be appointed to him.
