Vanity: Help Ignorant "Talking Heads" Distinguish Between Weiner and Vitter on Talk Shows

I was just watching Lanny Davis lying his way through an interview about Anthony Weiner, on Fox News. Of couse, Davis took the opportunity to pretend that there was a good comparison between the Weiner story and the story of David Vitter's scandal. The female "talking head" was so ignorant about the Vitter case that she allowed Davis to grossly mischaracterize the Vitter incident.

So, I think we should offer these talking heads a little data to help them understand the difference. Because it's obvious that neither the Fox News on-air staff, nor the bone-heads they hire to offer opinion, know the details.

Not everyone who watches TV is an “nonconvertible” liberal. I'm not so unrealistic as to hope that facts are at play in the liberal mindset when discussing this issue. But there are millions of simply uninformed Americans who aren't lock-step socialists who don't know the facts, and don't understand how dishonest it is to portray these two situations as being equal.
