No, they don’t, IQ measures the ability to understand certain concepts and to retain, recall and use information. IQ alone though is no guarantee of anything. There are a lot of examples of “high IQ idiots”.
Not to be argumentative but tests measuring IQ are culturally sensitive. They are not typically useful in divergent cultures.
