THAT one I remember from my roofing days ... Pythagorean Theory;

I think it is ...

The hypoteneuse of a right angle is equal to the square root of the sum of the squares of both sides

Probably worded wrong, but I can finger it out

Your answer ... 15 (I hope/I think)

Correct! That was the first (and only) question I checked. One thing for sure, math and science tests have been severely dumbed down over the past decades. All in the name of “social justice”, you know. /s

And this was AFTER he got his ‘brainiac award’ from the so-called Wizard! It should of course have been a right triangle.

Actually, that one didn’t require the application of pythagorian theorem to solve, because it was a 3-4-5 triangle...3x3=9, 4x3=12, so the hypotenuse=5x3=15
