It looks as if this young man was standing too close to the has-been's limo and was on the phone. One of the bodyguards approached and attempted to forcibly move him out of the way. After being pushed, King pushes back and several of the cowardly thugs, er, I mean, professional bodyguards attack and bulldoze him into a concrete pillar.

I hope he successfuly sues the thugs, LaBelle and the HPD for a fortune.
