Yes, I loved ‘Nemesis’ too. I found it to have a different feel than most of the otherMarple mysteries. And the look in her eyes at the end, when the lines about Nemesis were quoted..you could actually see an otherworldly vengeance in her eyes. Great acting!

I tell people “Nemesis” is Christian while the others aren't. They are always confused about that.

But you can see, Miss Marple for all her fluffiness has a core of impeccable principle. I've seen that comes only with strong doctrine and bible reading. It's more than, this is right, this is wrong. It's an absolute strength when dealing with evil that others don't even recognize.

I don't know how the writers got it into the script, but it's there. And only with the ones with Joan Hickson in it. "He wanted justice for the dead girl. He chose me because he knew I wouldn't flinch."

Whoa, I misquoted. I meant the Joan Hicksons are Christian oriented, while the others aren’t.

All the Joan Hicksons have that quiet strength.
