Too bad they kept having sex. I guess abstinence wasn’t in their vocabulary.

This is too funny. She gats drunk and has sex once and winds up pregnant. And on top of that she was on BC pills...but ONLY for cramps! Right...I'm buying all of that! That's a bunch of bs but I can't for the life of me omagine why anyone thinks it's newsworthy. Go back and re-read the article. No wait, Here's the pertainent part:
Palin, a Candies Foundation abstinence spokesperson, says former squeeze Johnston talked with his friends on the other side of the canvas while she tried to figure out what had gone on. When she asked Johnston about having intercourse, he said they wouldnt do the deed again until they tied the knot. Things didnt work out this way, as Palin says she and her man became intimate again soon after the camping trip.

An IQ test would be great but the ACLU would be all over it. I think a good start would be to restore the old voter registration system. Repeal motor voter, stop “buying” votes with registration drives offering sandwiches for the homeless, pop stars for the freshly eligible, etc. The dems pushed that legislation knowing full well it would be a veritable breeding ground for voter fraud.

Coed camping trip with alcohol. Kind of hard to imagine pregnancy as a result. I have no doubt that baby daddy is a piece of trash, but she does not come across as a paragon of virtue either.
I hope she makes better decissions in the future, her choices now affect a child.

To be blunt bout out it, you are a rude imbecile. There is no way she is a “whore”.

No thanks...not worth rereading...couldn’t read the whole thing the first time so I probably jumped to a conclusion or two. Bristol Palin and Levi Johnson just disgust me...I ‘m leaving this thread and woiuldn’t mind if I never read another word about either of them.

Here’s a key sentence after the article talks about Bristol’s engagement and breakup to Johnston:
Id just made a complete fool of myself and given my family the middle finger, Palin wrote of Johnston.”

No doubt ~ they have a place down the Kenai so it was probably a real risk.

I like Neal Bortz's idea: If you pay no taxes, you don't get to vote. If you pay $1-$10,000, one vote, $10,001-$20,000, two votes, and so on up to $50,000 and five votes. After that, it doesn't change. Clearly, the idea here is that those who foot the bills should have the largest say in the running of the country. It would also reduce the payback of buying votes with entitlements.
I would also start policing voter fraud, like Acorn pulled off in Lake County, Indiana where dead people not only voted, they voted twice! This Republic cannot endure a breakdown in the faith of the voting process, but we've seen that confidence eroded more and more since the "hanging chad" debacle in FL.

I don’t know about Alaska law, but in Georgia a person who is intoxicated cannot give his/her consent for sex.

I like your idea but I’d prefer it to be one vote for all taxpayers. Additionally, I believe there should be an Constitutional aptitude test for all candidates with the results published. I’d prefer to see the numbers of hearing the rhetoric.
