Would you pay $100,000 for a razor? [Not me, says I!]

$100,000 can buy many things: a brand new sports car, a boat, or a ridiculously luxurious vacation, just to name a few. But if you already have a new Audi in your driveway, a yacht at the marina, and just got back from a trip around the world, perhaps you'd rather drop your cold hard cash on a limited edition iridium razor...

Personally, if I had a 100 grand to budget for shaving, I'd spend it a thousand or so at a time on 1st class tickets to Dublin for a stop at the Waldorf Barber Shop.

I'm figuring several pints of Guinness into each trip, of course. :-)

I’d just get laser treatments so I wouldn’t have to shave. Doubt that costs $100K.

I wonder if you can just get those blades. Sapphire, won’t dull for 10 years, far sharper than the best metal out there.

You can buy an actual house all day long for $100,000 and less in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex:

I could get a shave from naked coeds with that kind of money.

If it had 22 blades on it for the closest shave ever I'd buy it for that much!

I'd consider the sapphire blades as well.

It'd be neat to have the Iridium, but I got a box-full of old handles.

Just can't seem to part with the metal ones, even after thinning the
more used duplicates.

22 blades?

I’d call that a “massively parallel” shaving device.

1954 Gillette Red Tip SuperSpeed, $5.

Shark Super Stainless DE blades, $15 for 100.

Shaving soap and a badger brush, $30.

I’m set for a year for fifty bucks, and each year after for about thirty. I’d invest ninety grand of the leftover dough on booze and women, and spend the rest foolishly.

Funny you should mention naked coeds.....

About 20+ years ago, when I lived in Southern California, there was a story on the news about a car wash in Northern California, somewhere in the Bay Area.

A guy would drive up, and then a huge plastic curtain was pulled completely around his car. Most guys would get out of their cars and watch as five or six completely naked young college girls would appear with buckets of soapy water and sponges and wash the car by hand.

The naked car wash cost $100. Being a Southern California resident, I never went there.....but I wanted to.

You don't need this razor. Check out the link below, I have been using one 3 blade razor for one year.

Sharpen a razor
