I happened to see both of those, too. I read so voraciously and went through a binge of renting foreign and films I didn't get to see when they were in the theaters, if they were even in our theaters, but I sometimes don't remember much about them.

I liked Lady Chatterly's Lover, Hanover Street, and many foreign films. One I remember quite a bit was about Victor Hugo's daughter but can't remember the title without looking it up, think it was her first name.
