Jury is going back to hotel. Looks like court may be in session on the 4th of July.
Judge Perry is a master of understatement. LOL

OK Legal Eagles what will JUdge Perry do to BAEZ when it is proven that the DEFENSE witness testimony bears out what Jeff said.
I mean it’s the defense witness that BAEZ didn’t call because he didn’t like what was in the report. AND BAEZ has had the report for TWO years.
Well, he threw the book at Fingerboy, so if I were Baez I’d be quaking in my boots.
Isn’t Dr Golberger a DEFENSE witness. Joser is trying to keep his OWN expert off the stand?
I’m horrible with the Dr. names, I keep mixing them up, but I think Dr. G is a State witness. I remember the defense had Dr. Spitz. Is this right?
The judge will do nothing to Baez right now as it IS a death penalty trial and this is something his client had no control over. However, Judge Perry will add it to the list of sanctions and contempt he is already contemplating regarding Baez’s actions in this trial and will deal with it AFTER the trial is over. I have heard the judge said as much at least once before.
Judge Perry grew weary of Baez’s sideshow long ago. He’s only humoring him to cover himself on appeal. But he is NOT amused.

The blond commentator on TruTV just said that when jurors are kept late or sequestered too long, they generally take it out on the defendant. In my one sequestered time on jury duty (horrible!), that is what happened. Anxious to get out, we made a quick decision - we thought it was the right decision - but we didn’t waste any more time than necessary. Doesn’t Baez understand this? Or is he trying himself to tie her into Ole Sparky?
The HLN commentators are dropping some pretty broad hints that Judge Perry may report Baez to the state bar for his overzealous gamesmanship when this trial is over.

I’ve seen a lawyer operate the way Baez does before. They think what they lack in legal expertise they can make up for in sort of legal shenanigans with the court...like trying to drag things out to the point where they wear out everyone’s patience. In this case Baez knows the judge cannot allow his patience to be worn out so it is like Baez has a blank check in the courtroom. That blank check is, of course, the death penalty issue. You must have seen lawyers like him before?

Just heard on WFTV that the jury is still in the building and have not gone back to the hotel.
TRU is interviewing Holloway right now. This woman is a real piece of work.
