I was thinking about what Bristol wrote in the book, particularly the godmother incident. That didn’t seem to be a very nice response by Bristol to what could have been interpreted as a kind gesture from an older lady.
It is very creepy to ask someone you barely know if you can be godmother to their child!!! It is a personal decision that the parents choose. The only reason Cindy McCain wanted to be godmother was to show how “wonderful” she is.
The fact that Cindy is so old is weird too. Usually you pick someone that could possibly raise your child if something happens to you (at least that is how I decided for my own child).
It was the height of arrogance and entitlement. Cindy McCain showed no class in the matter.
