I have quite an interest in GSAT now, as they have service in the Philippines.
I installed a Gsat dish and receiver just last week.
The main reason I bought it is that they carry FOX news, and NO Commie News Network, or British Babble Corp.

The cost is quite low. I paid about $125 for the dish and receiver, which included the first 3 months for free, and then will pay about $7 per month.
Prior to this, Dreamsat was the only one available.
It has CNN and BBC, but no FOX. I have refused to buy one
for over the last two years, just for that reason.
