Here in King County in Washington state, they passed an ordinance the requires everybody WADING in a stream or lake to wear a life jacket!
Maybe we should pass a law that all polar bears have to wear a life jacket.

We had an OSHA inspector (one of Holders people), demand our guys wear life jackets to work in a ditch with 3 inches of water flowing.

She couldn't find the precise regulation in her book, but she was sure it was there.

I would propose letting the bears eat the washingtonians and taking their life vests.

Then sell them on e-bay. The vests, nit the bears.
