Reminds me of the researchers of a bygone era who used to study the brain cavities of Negroes and others ~ to draw conclusions.

Maybe -- just maybe -- I don't want to jump to any conclusions here ... but I'm just saying that this
could be bad science.
Oh, what the heck: this is bad science.

Their brains are large enough to know that they are ready for eternity not like the unbelievers who are headed to you know where but so so smart on earth.

However, were Catholic brains smoother?

“The study found that those who said that they were a born-again Protestant or Catholic, as well as those who claimed no religious affiliation, had more brain atrophy (shrinkage) than participants who identified themselves as non-born-again Protestants.”
PLEASE note that those with no religious affiliation, which would include agnostics and atheists”, had the same atrophy.

I think I want to see this study repeated. These results are just too incredible to be left uncorroborated.

Specifically, those identified as Protestant who did not have a religious conversion or born-again experience more common among their evangelical brethren had a bigger hippocampus. Ehh... The hippocampus is about the size of a green bean. It's more than a little misleading to say having a smaller hippocampus = having a "smaller brain."
To: Coleus
I wish I had a smaller brain!

Almost forgot that one ~ the smooth brain thesis ~
I think I'm much more impressed by studies that tell me if other ethnicities or believer groups love their chilluns as much as we do.
That sort of thing is always so comforting

It’s the same “science” that said there’s nothing pathological about homosexuality.
