What about the GOP-controlled House holding out for what the people of this country want?
What about the GOP-controlled House criticizing the Democrats and Obama instead of criticizing the Tea Party folks?
What about the GOP-controlled House describing the deal for what it is, dangerous to the future of our country, instead of slapping themselves on the back?
What about that pesky fact that we dont control the Senate and WH?
Now you detail to me how you would get it done, because all of these drama queens here on FR never seemed to detail how that was going to happen.
The lib’s rewards are immediate, tangible, quantifiable, and not subject to any further action by any other group or individual.
The Conservative’s rewards are some time in the future, in terms to be decided later, by people equally divided in world-view as they are now, and completely impossible to quantify.
And the law says that when two equally powerful forces that can block legislation are at odds, the conservatives must always yield, because they are always the ones which care about the possible effects of a broken deal.
The libs need not compromise, because it is not the “deal” that they are after, it is the chaos.
In what way is this deal different from when the libs held both houses?
Are there any specifics we can point to?
A pox on them all, if they support this.
They need to realize that the end of the world is not nigh, and the chaos needs to happen to bring peace. God bless the Tea Partiers, hobbits one and all.
