I view this as a golden opportunity for Perry to proudly hold up his transcript and ask the President of the United States to provide his for review by the American people. Insist that it be a certified copy not a "copy"... I think this could be a virtual gold mine in getting the American People to finally pay attention to the obvious...

It’s funny how a man as famous as the pResident can have so few people remembering him from the various college years. Especially since he’s not some random average white guy that’s easy to overlook. If I sat next to a mulatto guy that dressed in mom jeans and spoke with a bizarre stilting cadence and kept saying “let me be clear” and “focused like a laser”, I think I’d remember that guy.
His entire life story is fictional so his grade transcripts would be as well.

I know I should be used to the liberal hypocrisy out there, but I can't help but to still be annoyed. Rick Perry's college transcripts are a story before he even announces, but Obama continues to get a free ticket on his. It infuriates me.

For years, every C-130 pilot got his/her start in a T-37, then a T-38 — the “fighter jet” pictured above.
All pilot candidates had to be qualified in the T-38, which has a fighter variation called hte F-5. Perry’s pic with the T-38 is a validation that he was an Air Force pilot.
We can do better than Rick Perry.

I posted on the Dallas Morning News site the fact that we still don't have Obama's school records...wow the thumb downs came flooding in. The left is very touchy about their idol.

I did not bash Perry. I made no baseless comments about Perry. I made no hate-filled remarks toward Perry whatsoever. I simply stated that I do not support his run for president. In fact, I did exactly what you accused me of not doing: I helped expose obama’s weakness. People will go after Perry's grades and all his supporters have to say is what I posted. If stating that I don't support a certain candidate is considered bashing him, making baseless comments about him, or spewing hate against him, I suggest you find a different discussion forum that doesn't get your panties into so much of a twist.

My father flew C-130s for the 135th MD ANG. I think they are now part of the 175th. That looks like one from the 135th. Where did you get the picture? That’s pretty cool...
He liked them, but always acknowledged that the pilots had the best seats on the plane - depending upon the configuration, they could be pretty uncomfortable for the passengers. I worked with a gentleman who served a year in Vietnam as a USAF technician - they flew a C-130 to Vietnam. Said he still had bruises from that trip.

Until a few years ago, all UPT candidates spent the first half of the program flying T-37s “Tweets,” before moving on the to T-38 Talon during the second part of the program. So Perry logged some hours in that aircraft before he became a Herk driver.
These days, a prospective C-130 pilot would start off in the T-6 Texan II, then move on to a joint, multi-engine turboprop course run by the Navy at NAS Corpus Christi. After that, it’s on to Little Rock for C-130 training. A few Herk pilots arrive at Little Rock after flying the T-1 Jayhawk during the second half of UPT.
And regardless of what you wind up flying, dummies don’t graduate from UPT.

Rick Perry actually issued an executive order in 2007 that would have forced almost every single girl in the state of Texas to receive the Gardasil vaccine before entering the sixth grade. Perry would have put parents in a position where they would have had to fill out an application and beg the government not to inject their child with a highly controversial vaccine. Since then, very serious safety issues regarding this vaccine have come to light. Fortunately, lawmakers in Texas blocked what Perry was trying to do. According to Wikipedia, many were troubled when “apparent financial connections between Merck and Perry were reported by news outlets, such as a $6,000 campaign contribution and Merck’s hiring of former Perry Chief of Staff Mike Toomey to handle its Texas lobbying work.”

I’m a Texan, and not a big supporter of Perry. Having said that, I think I need to point out to you that Perry was a “yell leader” at Texas A&M, which was an all male school in his day. They only had male “yell leaders” and they were very masculine guys.
