"Here is video of GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch telling Neil Cavuto that "you can be liberal and be a great Justice" - referring to the Supreme Court. Hatch was saying he wants to hold judgment on Obama Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan.

Hatch told Cavuto we know that President Obama is not going to nominate a moderate or a conservative. He said he considers retiring liberal Supreme Court Justice John Paul Stevens "a very fine Justice," even though he often disagreed with him."

Today’s liberal is just another word for corruption. You cannot be a modern liberal and be anything other than an enemy of the Constitution.

No you can’t. Your hatred of America, yourself and the American people tends to cause you to make too many irrational decisions.

Orin has never said one thing ever that he didn't turn around in the same sentence and cover his ass by taking a second position on.

Those are my principles, and if you don't like them... well, I have others.”

There are maybe 3 liberals left in the Democrat Party leadership. The rest are neo-Marxists.

Confirmed:

Senator Hatch is a member of the Second Government Party.

Such an outright lie. You can’t have the worldview of a Marxist (Kagan) and arrive at decisions that are for Just Law and freedom. Marxism is about no freedom of thought or conscious...and no freedom of religion. All of it antithetical to Right Reason according to Nature—the principles of our Constitution and legal system. Anathema to individual rights—stupid HATCH.

You can not truthfully take the oath of office if you are a Marxist...they should be banned from all government offices. Hatch’s rationalization is sick and disgusting.

It is Hatch’s absurd view that you can be evil and make good “just” decisions. Private morality determines what you do in public—although you want to say that doesn’t matter either. It is a lie and your religion should tell you that. Hatch is a liar.

This separation of morality from law—so Holmsian—is what has led to unequal laws and legal positivism and arbitrary made up laws to give power to political buddies and lobbyists who made the judges and lawyers and politicians wealthy and corrupted our courts. “Sodomy privacy rights....yay....a good? Hatch????? Government has NO right to judge what goes on in private?????? Really??????? For General Welfare??????? Marxist logic which is no logic.)

Term limits are essential to politicians....Power tends to corrupt and absolute power corrupts absolutely—Lord Acton. Hatch has proven that this is so true. There should be NO career politicians. They are all corrupt.

The saying is true that a double-minded man is unstable in all his ways. So he was concerned about Kagan but she can be a "great justice" at the same time? This is what Orwell called "doublethink"—holding two contradictory views to both be true.

Perfect example of why Hatch needs to be retired.
