maybe they are wrong. but the courts should not

I believe she has the best of intentions and hopes to save our Country that she loves. You sure won’t find love of Country in the Dem party who have proven themselves as closet communists. Besides, your statement about the SCOTUS ruling CO₂ is false. The SCOTUS ordered the EPA to investigate whether it should classify carbon dioxide as a pollutant under §7251(a)(1) of the Clean Air Act...that is, follow law passed by Congress.
