You make a good point. Do I call Liberals on the use of “Progressive”? Yes I do. I just don’t see many others doing the same. If you are, then more power to you. It is one of those things that needs to be pointed out now and then.

Same as in Germany. Socialists and Communists who are still vying for control 70 years later. And remember, anybody to the right of Communist dogma is a conservative, even a Socialist. (which is why many today wrongly consider the National Socialists (Nazis) a right wing party)

I’m pointing out the obvious. Its easy not to notice the obvious. Liberals/communists start calling themselves “Progressives” and almost everyone just goes along with it without missing a beat. Progress is usually considered good. If they can call themselves Progressives unchallenged then we become regressives by default.

No, that is what you presume "we" become. A presumption doesn't make a thing so. Do hoof prints in the snow on the roof of your house mean you have an enterprising parent or that Santa Clause is real?

Besides, they can call themselves any thing they want. Ultimately it's the ideology that remains the same and is that which defines them. All this time and it's still the same dogma, no matter the name...right?
Sometimes ugly isn't just skin deep and it goes right through to the bone.
