So much for dialing back the rhetoric, right?
On Saturday in Inglewood, Calif., Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters had some harsh words for the tea party.
“I’m not afraid of anybody,” the California congresswoman told constituents in footage that appeared on ABC affiliate KABC in Los Angeles, not backing down from comments made about President Obama earlier in the week. “This is a tough game. You can’t be intimidated. You can’t be frightened. And as far as I’m concerned — the tea party can go straight to hell.”
That proclamation was met with cheers from the audience, including attendees sporting purple SEIU T-shirts.
Pretty outrageous choice of words coming from an elected official and one on the docket of an ethics probe. Arrogant lips will not help her cause—in fact the boomerang karma effect might speed up the doo doo stank hanging over her head. Blaming the TEa Party doesn’t alter the fact that she helped direct TARP funds to the bank her husband held investments with. Most ethical Dem congress ever ay Pelosi?

My Aunt & Uncle lived in Inglewood in the 50’s when it was a clean, prosperous, safe town. To describe it now as a Hell hole is far too generous.
The Tea Parties are in Hell—the hell the liberals and the race baters like Waters has built for this once fine land. We are trying to find the way out—back to the light.

And this is the Tea Party’s fault HOW, Miss Waters? It’s that very attitude that is partially responsible for the even higher unemployment rate in your ‘hood. Take a look in the mirror, Miss Waters, and realize that YOU are the one perpetuating a culture of dependency, resentment, and white boogeymen in the “black community” rather than doing ANYTHING about fostering family values, optimism, and personal responsibility.
