Bank of America plans to lay off 3,500 more workers
Likely Bank of America. They got a lot of our taxpayer ‘stimulus’. They are also being sued by AIG for $10 Billion for rolling in bad mortgages into some transactions.
Bank of America committed several crimes; just like some other banks have - but they got caught. So, the ‘little folk’ who did nothing wrong will be fired; and the managment will get perks to reward them for making yet another unethical decision.

Some reports indicate BoA was bamboozled into buying Merrill Lynch by “fraud” committed by CEO Ken Lewis-
NY Governor Gigolo Cuomo was pursuing “fraud” charges as a pre-election grandstanding move
however the Lewis legal team planned to call both Paulsen and Bernanke as witnesses.
Haven’t heard much about that actually going to trial?

maybe that’s why Ken Lewis will never go on trial for “fraud” if Paulsen and Bernanke are going to be called as defense witnesses!
