That’s the rub. Blacks in America have a lot of “conservative” views. Like pro-life, Christian, and extremely anti-gay marriage. But they hate republicans so much they’ll never change their vote. No matter how much the dems have destroyed and hurt the black family and culture, they will support liberals every time.

Yes that’s part of it too. They “discipline” in anger instead of love. Probably b/c people like Obama keep calling their children “a mistake.”
Somehow though, the Child Protective Services never gets to any of THOSE cases until it’s too late. Seems its politically incorrect to go after real child abuse. CPS is a modern day tool of vengence for the middle class housewife to go after her ex on his visitation days; most particularly if he’s DARED to “move on” to a new relationship after she divorces him.
