Sounds like you're the one who likes the idea. You want to lock the dopers up for the same amount of time as the murderers and rapists, is that it? No proportionality between the crime and the sentence, hmm? You sell someone an ounce of pot, you get the same sentence as a murderer. Now you wanna talk about a horrible system, that would be it. Talk about breeding disrespect for the rule of law, jeez. If you're a crack dealer who knows that you'll get the same sentence as a murderer if convicted, might you consider shooting the undercover cop that busts you? Probably. Most crack dealers are not nice people. They exist because of your War on Drugs. They're your buddies. You're on the same side as them, congratulations! Just like the bootleggers that financed the crusades against alcohol in the 20s.

They've done polls of drug dealers before, muawiyah. Drug dealers support keeping drugs illegal -- why do you think that is muawiyah? Back to basic economics for you. :)

Did you read what I responded to ~ the concern was for the doper who had a longer sentence than a rapist.

If that's a problem for someone one solution is to make all the sentences the same length. Or, maybe put rapists away for longer than dopers.

So, what is it you people really want?

NOTE: Always remember I don't want you falling over into my lawn all doped up expecting me to be nice ~ I will not be nice ~ and if calling the cops will no good you will need to be prepared for just all sorts of things when I am forced to fall back on my own resources.

Don't expect to get a privileged position in society like the Leftwingtards want to give their gay buddies.
