Very simple: if you claim a right to something that must be produced or procured by another without a requirement of compensation for that person’s time and effort, and can enforce that claim as a matter of law, what does that person become in relation to you? Your servant? No: servants typically receive compensation based upon mutual agreement. He becomes your slave.
