That had to have been the most succinct speech Obama ever gave. He looked like he is plenty relaxed.....I guess Janet's deep baritone is soothing to the Wuss in Chief! Guess they had to hurry to make sure they could catch the second half of the Pre-Season Pittsurgh/Atlanta football game.
I think the only time we haven’t lost power here in NH is during a freakin hurricane. LOL.
“Its not over” My fist thought (yes I slapped myself) was what is he looking for a levee or damn to blow up? Its like he really really wants it to be Katrina all over again and is pissed it’s just a really bad rain storm.
Wind blows... Fire Burns... Water Falls...
What did he say?
I lost it for twenty minutes...of course; that was AFTER the rain had stopped and the wind had dropped off to a gentle breeze. Typical NH...
Just barry assuring the people he is on top of the situation and they will get aid to the states....storms not over. Looked like he was in a hurry to get through it not the usual long-winded Obama speech...Guess the Totus didn’t have a hook up to a generator! LOL
Thanks for the summary. They are looking more and more like a WH in sheer, blind panic mode. His slippage in the polls has got to be even worse in their internal polls, since those are expected to be accurate. His vacation was a PR nightmare, so they tried to use Irene to rekindle the ‘I captured Osama’ magic. As with everything else Obama touches...it failed.
I don't think it was the short speech we all want to hear:
"I quit"
Teleprompter must have had low battery power.
He said: “Hurricane Irene was nothing compared to the destruction I’ve weight on America, and I’m longer lasting”
Lol. It won’t be long until he has no choice. Nov 12 will come sooner than he thinks. ;)
Hardly enough time to LIE through his TEATH!
That’s what he would have said if he had an honest bone in his body, anyway.
Was the mofo using a teleprompter?
