You series-ly need some counseling. OK.. let me ask you this. If your child, 16 years old and let’s say, he’s a bit of a mindless teenager looking for some excitement, threw rocks at a car and someone hit him with a crossbow or maybe even shot him with a gun ... that you would think that was just fine? What if they killed your child? Would you cheer on the shooter. If you say yes... you should make a double appointment for some series-ous counseling.

When someone uses a deadly weapon they are not acting as a child, they have crossed the line into responsibility and consequences. If they don't know right from wrong why is that? What if the kid threw rocks at another kid, does the victim have a right to defend himself? Throwing rocks at a moving vehicle is a felony. Its not a prank or mischievous mischief, throwing raw eggs at a parked car might qualify for that.
