Guns, not illegal. Synthetic marijuana, not illegal at the time the warrant was issued. I'd say the guy walks. They also confiscated precious metals? If Mr. EBay walks, should he also have the right to ransack the homes of the officers, and whomever issued the warrant?

Huh. The article didn’t mention the precious metals like the radio clip I heard 9 times yesterday did. I heard $100,000 worth of precious metals.
